Thank you for shopping with Scented Dreams. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns on used perfumes, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at scented.dreams.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Steps to Return an Item:

1. Contact Us 
Reach out to us via Instagram, TikTok, or email to inform us about the return.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) of the item (if damaged or faulty)

2. Wait for Approval
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 1 to 3 business days. If approved you will receive: 

  • Return Instructions / Return Shipping Label 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

3. Package your Item 
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, along with any included inserts or samples. Ensure the product is unopened and in resellable condition.  

4. Send it Back 
Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable delivery service. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Receive your Refund 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at scented.dreams.uk@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order immediately and contact us. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to report and return such items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

False Chargebacks 

Filing false chargebacks is prohibited and may result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who submit false claims.

Order Cancellations 

  • Orders can be cancelled up to the next business day after they are placed.
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Policy Updates 

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
